Immature Red-Tail Hawk attempting to fly off with its prey in talons, Shoreline Park, Mountain View, California. The gathering crowd seemed it may have been to much for this Hawk, as it attepted to fly off with its prey. Unfortunately every attempt seemed to fail as it would grab not only its prey but a talon full of grass, holding it to the ground.
