Goodale Pass - High Sierra

Backpacker on top of Goodale Pass, a major crossing route over the Silver Divide, High Sierra.

On a solo backpacking trip of the Silver Divide, I somehow managed to make it to Goodale Pass by mid-afternoon. This photo is a self portrait of the view I was greeted with upon arrival. With some steam left, I made it to Peter Pande Lake by early evening - utterly exhausted.
