Peter Pande Lake is lined by beautiful beaches such as this small beach near the outlet, which held the tracks of several animals who passed through the area recently, John Muir Wilderness. This scene struck me with the difference in life it conveyed. A fallen tree, the pine needles, and the single small tree alone on the edge of the lake.
