Panther Gap - Snowshoeing the High Sierra

Snowshoer enjoying the view over the valley of the Middle Fork of the Kaweah River, Panther Gap in Sequoia National Park. Panther Gap is several mile hike out of Wolverton in Sequoia National Park, a great winter destination for those experienced in such conditions. This photo of myself was taken on a one night snowshoe/backpacking trip in which I camped in the trees near the top of Panther Gap.
