Immature Red Tail Hawk swallowing the remains of its prey. Watching this hawk from a distance, it surprised me by diving into the tall dry grass. Stuggling with its prey, it finally flew into a nearby tree five feet above a couple having a picnic in the park. We all watched together while this amazing bird put on a rare show.
