Thinking - Windy Hill Open Space Preserve - Coyote

This coyote caught me off guard as I was hiking down the Spring Ridge Trail in Windy Hill Open Space Preserve. My first thought was that it was someone's dog. As I hid alongside the trail in the tall grass, the coyote strolled up the trail without even seeing me.
