Late Afternoon in Seven Gables Basin. After hiking all day, I still hadn't reached my destination - Vee Lake. It didn't matter. I threw off my backpack and soaked up the views. I knew where I was camping.

Upper Seven Gables Basin consist of meadows and shallow tarns connected by several streams such as this. This view looks southeast towards an unnamed peak at the head of the basin.
